You simply have to watch this political stunt, where a congressional candidate "snuck" across the border. On an elephant. Led by a mariachi band. No, I'm not kidding.

I read the article that Instapundit linked to yesterday from the Brownsville Herald. The last line of the article is priceless.

The mariachi band was not immediately available for comment.

I don't know why, but that struck me as hilariously funny.

I believe I saw that on Fox News. That just goes to show how our Border Patrol is STILL corrupt. I am just waiting for the fense to be built so we can get REAL security at our Southern border.
