So we're packing for a weekend trip. Connor is bringing me jeans (a struggle, since all his jeans, and I know he has upwards of 7 pairs, have miraculously disappeared). He finds a pair and leaves it on the bed for me to pack. They are somewhere inbewteen damp and actually wet.
Me: (tossing jeans back to him) Where did you get these?
Connor: From the dryer.
Me: Are they DRY?
Connor: Reasonably.
(Oy!)
Jeff then explains to him why we don't pack wet clothes - mold and mildew, which would spread to the other clothes.
Connor: We'd better pack those on top, then.
